Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This property shows well on VRBO but there is no hot water in the master bath shower. Also, one of the master bath sinks has no hot water pressure. In addition, the downstairs bathroom also has poor water pressure. The unit states that there are three bathrooms but failed to note that one bathroom is a jack and jill and one is downstairs, but the bedroom is upstairs, making it kind of useless. All remotes for the fans were not working, one needed battery the other did not work. The fan in the movie room never worked.
