Welcome surprise! Super clean, super nice property, awesome staff! This was my 10th or 11th trip to Amarillo so I’ve stayed at multiple properties in the area. This by far was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. I wish I had time to enjoy the patio with the fire pit and the grill but this was an In-N-Out trip. Definitely will be staying at this property going forward.

The Everhome suites is a beautiful comfortable hotel We loved the glass shower The only problem we had I booked two king suites with washer and dryers in bathroom a week before When we arrived they said sold out put us in a king room No washer dryer etc So the attendant says he will discount a little for each room We were very dissatisfied disappointed But we were thankful for the small discounted rate He was very helpful So if you book I would suggest you make sure get what you pay for Other than that I would of given them a 10 Five stars

The hotel room was amazing Jaime offered us great service late at night multiple times and was EXTREMELY helpful!Cody was also very helpful with our checkout and made things a breeze. We did have a few issues such as the AC being spotty and the deadbolt not working… But there was a daytime manager who I made aware of these issues and he seemed uninterested and annoyed, at checkout I told Cody and she made sure to note all of it which was very appreciated.

This was one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels. It is central to a lot of restaurants - including The Public House - which has one of the BEST cheeseburgers ever- The hotel staff was very helpful.

The property was very nice. The only hard part was finding the entrance. When you first arrive the street brings you to the "back" of the building. There isn't signage to direct you to the front, we just had to drive around the building until we found the front lobby area.

This hotel has very loud rooms that echo and if you have someone below you, you will be complained on every time you walk across the floor. We were there 4 days and we were told to be quiet all four days. Even in middle of the day.

My family of four stayed here for one night on our way up to Colorado. This property is new and very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The property has lots of amenities, including a fire pit. Overall, we enjoyed our one-night stay at this property. I highly recommend!

The General Manager is an absolutely amazing woman! She helped me in several different ways. We were having some billing issues and she was calm and caring as can be. They definitely care about the customer more than them selves I would highly recommend this hotel…

Brand new property (we traveled in July 2025 and it had been open only 3 weeks). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice sized. The AC worked reealllllly good, I like it cold. Nice to have a kitchen for longer stays. The pillows were really comfy, I usually dispise hotel pillows and bring my own but these felt like down (maybe alternative down, I didn’t check). Be aware that there is no breakfast available here, but there are things you can purchase (snacks, drinks, etc) in the lobby.

So, the room itself was pretty good. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus. The room was really clean. But... Someone walked into the room in the middle of the night because the front desk assigned our room to them before checking that the room was occupied. This caused not only a midnight scare, but also our key cards no longer worked. The bathroom light is motion activated. No one wants to be blinded while stumbling to the bathroom at 2am. There is no way to turn it back off, so you have to wait for it to automatically shut off, which happened after about 5-7 minutes. The staff was wonderful, but I probably won't be staying here again.
