    The staff are very nice and accommodating. 😊 However, we were a bit disappointed because no water was provided in the VIP room, even though we paid more for it. 😅 When we stayed in the Premium room before, water was provided. It was a little confusing, HAHAHA. I hope they can make the amenities more consistent for all room types. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay! ❤️

    I highly recommend Astro because it is nice, quiet, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They always greet guests with a warm smile, which makes us feel comfortable and valued. Whenever we go to Cebu City, Astro is one of our favorite hotels because it is conveniently located near Colon. We also appreciate how accommodating the staff are. Since we arrived in the city early and our interview was at 2:00 PM, we asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled check-in time. They were very helpful and understanding, which made our stay even more pleasant.
