I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Chennai for five nights with my colleague, and from the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt that we were well taken care of by the entire team. What stood out most was the warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff at every level. Sonali at the reception was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality, friendly smile, and willingness to assist whenever needed made us feel truly welcomed. At the restaurant, Nanda went above and beyond to make our dining experiences enjoyable. He was always attentive and genuinely interested in finding out what more he could do to make our stay comfortable and memorable. His personal attention was greatly appreciated. We also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and Liquid Library bar. The facilities were of an excellent standard, complemented by courteous and well-mannered staff who contributed to a pleasant experience. The in-room dining service was another highlight. The quality and quantity of the food consistently exceeded our expectations, which made it especially convenient and enjoyable after a long day. Overall, our five-night stay was extremely comfortable and memorable. The combination of excellent facilities, quality food, and, most importantly, genuinely caring and attentive staff made our experience a very positive one. Overall, I had a decent stay, but the property falls short of its price tag. Pros: Location: Outstanding. Walking distance to great dining, shopping, and nightlife, making getting around effortless. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable. No complaints with the living space itself. Cons: Value for Money: Overpriced for what it offers. It markets itself around a 3- to 4-star tier, but it lacks the polish, amenities, and luxury touch you expect at that rate. First Impressions: The reception area is cramped and underwhelming. Verdict: Recommend only if your top priority is an unbeatable central location for dining and shopping. Otherwise, you can easily find better luxury and service in Chennai at this exact price point.
