TREASURE CHEST features a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area with slider door to an ocean side screened lighted porch with large table and seating. The great room includes a 56" Roku smart TV and the seating area facing the ocean for dolphin, boat, and kiteboarding watching. Step out another slider door to the upper ocean side large deck with plenty of seating with sites seeing the Atlantic Ocean AND the Pamlico Sound. Up a few more steps from the great room, you can escape to the loft with a wet bar featuring and bar-height table and four chairs for playing cards, games, puzzles or to just reminisce. Loft area also has sofa and love seat - a great spot for readers too. Treasure Chest also has a LUGGAGE LIFT to assist with bringing up and down luggage and groceries.

TREASURE CHEST is located on a large corner lot and has a beautiful large 13' x 25' private pool (heat available with extra cost) with Gazebo, Tiki Bar, and pool loungers with site lighting making evening swims perfect for stargazing and splashing. The pool area also includes a 6-person hot tub to relax in. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach. The house provides a covered charcoal grill area and a lighted fishing station with sink and water. TREASURE CHEST has a large sandy volleyball court exclusive to the house to entertain yourselves with "serving" up some fun or bring your cornhole boards to sink your toes in the sand while tossing the bags.
