SOUNDSIDE Salvo - North Sand Dollar Ct. - ISLE BE BREEZY is a seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath vacation paradise perched on Pamlico Sound. With a community boat ramp and a short walk to the beach ready to enthrall boaters, anglers, and beach lovers alike, your family is bound for new memories. On the ground level, discover a gas grill, a large outdoor shower, and plenty of places to lounge around the first-floor deck surrounding a large 12' x 36' private pool with optional heat.
Take a break from the sun in the ground level game room which features a flat screen TV/Blu-Ray player, pool table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. Also on this level is a bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, and another bedroom with two bunk beds, two twin beds, and flat screen TV. Both rooms share a large full bath with shower overlooking the pool. The first level boasts four bedrooms including two master bedrooms. The first master has a king bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath with tub. Both bedrooms share access to a deck that faces the sound, overlooking the pool deck. Two more bedrooms located on this level feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs, and share a large bath with shower. The last master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub, is located on the top level – the heartbeat of the house. Pros, well stocked kitchen, pool, pool table,and video games, lots of bedrooms so everyone had space
Cons, there are alot of stairs, that being said the elderly people in our group didnt venture upstairs a whole lot. The only other "problem" we occurred were the fuses to the microwave blew a few times we were there which meant a trip to the basement to flip the breaker not horrible but a little inconvenient.

This property was just the right size for my friends and family.
Close to the sound and short walk to the ocean. It was awesome to have the pool. Loved this location and this rental property.

First day the cleaning and other things were not done. Didn't have use of the hot tub at all why because it was broken. Promises all week and still nothing. Septic backed up everywhere and pipes were leaking all over the place. I do have to say though the company that manages the property did everything in their power to fix everything. We were the first to rent of the season. All the unforeseen that could happen happened. Beautiful area and I'm sure though for the next people it'll be done right. Made for a stressful vacation but we made the best of it.
