It was the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed

The location

It wasn’t clean at all it was disgusting Every time we were outside we couldn’t get back in the apartment because the door system wasn’t working . Many times happened a blackout and the electricity went off and I had to go to the basement to get it back on

A terrible experience with no support from the host — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing was satisfying. When I first arrived, the door access system was not working. I waited for 30 minutes outside until a neighbor came and opened the door for me. Despite contacting the host, the problem wasn’t solved. Later at night, I was surprised that the door system failed again. I waited more than an hour, and the host didn’t respond. A neighbor helped me get in again. When I finally entered, I found that the electricity in the room was completely off. I contacted the host again, but he did not reply. I stayed a whole day without electricity in the heat. The power was only restored after 12 hours. It was a terrible experience. I filed a complaint on Booking, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. The host was completely unresponsive.

The door access system was completely unreliable, and the host was unresponsive during emergencies. I was left outside multiple times and had no electricity in the room for an entire day. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable.

I don't recommend

Location, the room is very close to downtown. There are supermarkets, transport and restaurants close to the place.

The air conditioning was not installed, it is too hot during the summer and it is impossible to sleep without air conditioning. The device was in the room, but there is no installation to throw the hot air out of the room, so we throw the tube that exchanges air out of the room through the window, which is open and the device does not work properly. There was a water tank inside the room, it is necessary to empty it frequently, if you won't do this, even during sleep, the room will be wet. The attendant gave me information about how to lock the door after my arrival. The address informed in the Booking platform was not the same informed by the property, and I spent more time than needed to arrive. The door had issues to close when I lef the room, and I got support after asking how to proceed with my booking cancellation. I tried support with Booking costumer service but after almost 30 minutes, the attendant was not able to hear me. From my perspective it is better stay in a place that we can be supported 24 hours, in this case there is no front desk and the guests support is not 24 hours. I arrived late, after 10 PM, it was necessary to confirm the address, and there was not support.

Fue de vergüenza. Estaba todo sucio, la cama con pelos, la ducha rota, la taza del baño con orina seca, la encimera con café y en el suelo te quedabas pegado.. La solución que nos daba el responsable era no usar el baño y cambiar yo misma las sábanas. No repetiría ni loca. Exijo devolución de parte del dinero.

Un alojamiento bastante céntrico y además cómodo para una persona sola cuenta con electrodomésticos y cosas que harán más fácil tu estancia en la ciudad por si quieres ahorrar o sobre todo estar en un sitio donde puedas autos satisfacer tus necesidades de consumo como comida y otras cosas más

Lo único que no me gustó, pero no le di mucha importancia es que hay que subir dos pisos por las escaleras pero realmente no es algo tan malo

Troppo Tiny

La posizione molto comoda

Tutto il resto, la casa è minuscola, il sistema di apertura automatico è andato in crash una sera causando forte preoccupazione, siamo riusciti ad entrare dal portone perché ci ha aperto una condomina dato che gli host non rispondevano. Il bagno è piccolo, non ci si riesce praticamente a girare su se stessi all'interno, capisco che a Milano gli spazi siano questi e i prezzi alti, ma così è eccessivo. Il letto imbarazzante, un divano letto scomodissimo con un materasso inesistente per cui si sentiva la rete del letto sottostante, cucina scarsamente fornita, mancavano cose fondamentali come scolapasta, detersivo dei piatti e una spugna che non fosse liofilizzata, oltre al sapone delle mani, anch'esso non presente.

Die Lage war super, Trams und Restaurants, Supermarkt vor der Tür

Die Türen zu öffnen nur per Handy möglich und viel zu kompliziert, inklusive Stromausfall und nicht laufendem Router, Kontakt war per whatsapp aber möglich und schnelle Hilfe. Zimmer ist viel zu eng, quietschendes Bett und Armatur in der Dusche ist zb abgefallen. Würde es niemandem empfehlen, dafür zu teuer.
