Check-in en check out was super eenvoudig. De locatie was geweldig met alle benodigdheden op loopafstand. Het stand om de hoek is fantastisch en de buurt voelt enorm veilig. Het appartement heeft zeer goede faciliteiten met de airco, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Kinderbedje en kinderstoeltje zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.

Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl. Die FeWo hat einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Playa Los Galeones (schöner Sandstrand). Die Entfernung zum Hafen (Fähre nach Cadiz) und in die Stadt betragen ca. 1,5 km (30 - 40 Minuten zu laufen). Zur Wohnung gehört ein überdachter Pkw.-Stellplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Base Naval (Militärflughafen mit Sichtnähe zum Marinestützpunkt). Insbesondere nachts und früh am Morgen ist gelegentlich mit Fluglärm und Böllerschüssen zu rechnen.
