Su cercanía. Tanto a la playa como al pueblo.
Mantenimiento de pintura en la vivienda, y en baños mamparas y puertas.

Muy buena ubicacion nos ofrecieron dejar el coche en el parking el ultimo dia pero ya nos fuimos y no lo metimos.
No se podia abrir el sofa cama y las persianas tmpoco se podian bajar el parkin muy caro.
