The location was the only perfect thing. Getting the keys was a disaster. Our adult granddaughter had to pay for a room at a hotel because we were delayed in Seville. However, the apartment had already been paid for by me in advance. We will never use anything by Staycare again.
Construction which we were not advised at booking. Too many stairs and no elevator which we were not advised.
