Small space but very well thought out with everything I needed as an elderly solo lady . I felt safe and warm and the bed was very comfortable which was very important to me . Easy level access and excellent location for my evening concert at the Minster . No designated parking space but I managed to park very close on the main rd .

Really welcoming and cosy. Hostess was hugely accommodating - check in and check out suited my plans perfectly - and I felt very safe there. The caramel flap jack was especially fab! Along with milk and fresh orange juice on arrival.

Great that we could do our own meals and then wander into Southwell. Compact but as described in listing and had everything we needed. Excellent communication from the owner and details provided before our stay. Milk, juice and coffee provided. Warm and cosy.
Few bits in shower could do with a deep clean and a bit of peeling paint in bedroom area but very minor. That’s the only reason I scored it 9 not 10 overall.
