Exceltional accommodations in a veryy cool historic part of Tulsa. Multiple restaurants & bars within walking distance of the apartment. We loved EVERYTHING about our stay.

The rooftop is the best thing about the property. We enjoyed meeting neighbors and hosting dinners. The responses to all questions and concerns were always quickly handled .. so communication is great.

You have to pay for parking everywhere downtown from M-F (8am-5pm) so expect to pay .. the positive is the most it will be is 8 dollars a day. You have to pay at least 35 down for a deposit to the place as well for property damages.. not terrible but would have like to know all this unexpected expenses BEFORE booking… The dog “fee” was insane high but they did work with us. We traveled with two dogs and they ask 20 per day per dog I believe.. we stayed for 8 days and settled on 250.. non refundable.. So many different codes.. if you travel with a pup make sure to get the code for the puppy area. We were locked out for 30mins not having the code upon arrival. We were also accidentally locked out of our property a day early with all our belongings inside including phones.. so that added some extra stress but was quickly remedy .. The dryer did not work very well only because we were unaware you must drain the water out of the dryer. Located at the very top of the dryer. It does not use heat but literally sucks the water out of your clothes..
