It was tidy and relatively clean. Apart from the rug in lounge. When it was moved to put sofabed out there was lots of dirt that fell from it.
We were not answered promptly when calling to retrieve key safe code.
There was a pungent smell of and visible cat feaces when we were getting the key out of the keysafe when entering the entrance hall.
When entering the property itself through the front door there was a very strong sickly smell or what I can only describe as urine.
But was a lovely property. Was really well thought out
