Die Wohnung war toll und mit allem ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Kaffee, Snacks + Getränke im Kühlschrank. Unsere Erwartungen sind übertroffen worden. Frank hat uns vorab sehr gut informiert und beraten bei einigen Fragen von uns. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt von der Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Technik. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Pfalz hier wieder wohnen und Frank und seine Wohnungen guten Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral was in St. Martin nicht schwer ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr neu, modern und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Klimaanlage war prima, vor allem bei der Hitze als wir da waren. Für Selbstversorger hat bei der Küchenausstattung nichts gefehlt, es gab auch Kaffee/Kapseln und Kaffeesahne um sonst + welcome Wasserflasche + Säfte. Im Bad gab es sogar eine Notfallkit mit Zahnbürste usw. und Wattepads und Tempobox. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief alles unkompliziert über Whatsapp.
Reine Info (KEINE Kritik) - wir hatten Wohnung 6, die keinen Balkon oder Parkplatz hat. Es gibt zahlreiche öffentliche Parkplätze in wenigen Gehminuten für nur 3 EUR am Tag. Man kann trotzdem kurz vorm Gebäude parken um aus- und einzuladen. Falls ein Parkplatz vor der Tür und / oder Balkon ein Muss sind, fragt lieber ob Wohnung 1 - 5 verfügbar sind.
