Tolle Appartement mit super Ausstattung, top sauber und mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht. Super zentrale Lage mit Privatparkplatz und Möglichkeit das Auto zu laden. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war vorbildlich.

Het is een heel net appartement; midden in het wijndorp Sankt Martin gelegen. Het complex (het zijn een klein aantal appartementen) zijn vrijwel nieuw; zeer goed en luxe ingericht. Parkeren voor de deur met een aantal elektrische oplaad palen voor elektrische auto's. Verder is Sankt Martin een heel leuk wijndorpje waar veel te doen is wat wijn betreft. We hebben een leuk wijnfeest meegemaakt het weekend dat we er waren. Er is een aparte garage voor fietsen die daardoor goed beveiligd is. De omgeving is bijzonder geschikt voor wandelen en fietsen.

Parkeerplaats voor de deur en garage voor fietsen. Met oplaadmogelijkheid voor elektrische fietsen. Leuk dorp met veel restaurants en wijnproeflocaties.
Appartement op de begane grond ligt aan de straat, waardoor je rolluiken half dicht moet houden vanwege inkijk (onderste helft is matglas).
