房間大，地理位置也很好，JR巢鴨站出來只要3分鐘就可以到房間。房間內的設施齊全，非常適合整個家庭入住，尤其如果要使用廚房，全部的電器也都有，非常好。
沒電梯，如果拉大行李的話會比較辛苦一點。

絕佳的住宿位置，距離山手線巢鴨站一分鐘就到，對於剛下飛機滿身疲憊的旅客，不用走太遠就能抵達住宿點真是一大福音。採自助式領取鑰匙，入住期間自己打掃，主人在check in前一天就寄了一封記載著詳細入住資訊的內容到e-mail信箱，所以全自助完全沒有問題。附近有得吃有得逛，還有步行距離可到的地方可以租借琴房，房間內有switch小朋友超開心，晚上回家就不怕無聊了。完全符合我此行的需求！
衛浴空間太小，洗澡刷牙稍嫌擁擠不方便。房內提供的衣架太少，懸吊衣物不夠用。

The property is very close to the station, clean and lots of restaurants around. There is also a 24hr supermarket round the corner so it is very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and people are friendly. The host is very responsive and provides great detail.
