Urban Spaces 7 Victoriei new building with parking and security

The location - right in the heart of the city, close to offices, cafes, parks & city center. The apartment building which is uber clean and has a specialty coffee place on the ground floor. The apartment itself - which is the perfect mix between a condo and a studio - with premium design - modern furniture and interior design, attention to details - music systems with pick-up and various disks, lovely cutertely and glasses, LOADS of books and magazines in both English and Romanian. The entire place felt homey and cozy, having everything needed for a longer stay. I have multiple business trips in this city and have stayed last year into other apartments on the same street, but none compares to this! I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK. I have even shared it on my socials for further recommendations because it is simply amazingly cosy and nice. I am sorry I didn't take more pictures, but for sure, I will do it next time!

I had a great stay in this apartmen, it’s in a perfect central location in Bucharest and spotlessly clean. The building is brand new, which adds to the comfort. Whether you’re in town for work or just exploring the city, it’s an ideal base. The host was amazing, super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment is located in a new building in a quiet area with a hip specialty coffee shop at ground floor. It's really close to every important spot in the center of Bucharest. The bed was especially comfortable and the small balcony very cozy.
