The location and the pool was amazing
The bed was so hard. I'm so tired of hard beds on vacation. Water leaked in tub water dripped in sink all night. Was hot/uncomfortable and couldn't turn ac below 72. Stuffy. Blanket too small for king bed. Bottom of couches falling off. And the TVs were TINY. Yall make enough money to afford a bigger TV my goodness. We could barely see the thing from the bed. Big dresser with a tiny baby tv. Insane. Freezer ice maker made a mess and was all frosted up and frozen up Also charged us an undisclosed extra $48 dollar fee!!! Refused to let us check in without either paying a non refundable 48 dollar fee or a refundable $1200 deposit!!! That's insane and I've never had to pay a deposit or fee that wasn't listen on the booking listing before but we had no choice as they would not release the check in codes without it.
