How spacious the apartment was and the affordability.

Elevators did not have A/C

It was an exceptional few days of vacation as the apartment was simply beautiful and cozy, it has a beautiful view of the sea and is very close to the beach, we liked it very much.

The apartment is really quite spacious and cozy, access was easy and parking was great, there was no problem because we had 2 cars. The pool area was very clean.

Great Location, unit was clean. Nice floorplan. Facility has decent workout room, nice pool, clay pickleball courts, and a couple nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking was fine, but a line to get passes and get into the complex. Owner was good to work with.

Minor issues is all. Trashcans in Bathroom could be better and could have gad a few more condiments available.. Might make it a little more noticeable on website or instructions to go to store first! (My wife said that was mentioned, but we missed it until we we were already at facility.)

The views of the ocean were amazing & the price for the unit was reasonable. I highly recommend that you take pictures of everything before and after!!

Beware HOA Covenant!! Far to many rules especially for tourists on vacation!! The master bed was extremely uncomfortable (back hurts) the mattress and pillows could be upgraded/replaced!! We felt like we were being watched the entire time. We encountered 2 guards that were unpleasant 1 of them had the audacity to say this “I like people like y’all”!! The other 1 tried to give us a hard time about the parking pass which was clearly visible and placed in the windshield he just didn’t want to come outside the booth to perform his duties. Information should be provided about HOA, quiet hours 10pm-10am, refundable damage fees which are collected separately via PayPal in order to gain access code to the unit after booking fees are paid in full and that there’s No attendants on duty prior to booking.
