Location was second to none, centrally located, pretty little cottage and private
Feel the bed needs to be replaced as very squeaky - nowhere to sit and get ready to go out (makeup/hair) - had to sit on the floor to get ready....."sofa bed" that was new - but not a sofa bed, just a pull out sofa so sleeping on it wasn't comfortable - nice stay for a few nights though.

Second stay here and still highly recommend it! Poppy is super friendly and responsive. Property is very homey and comfortable and crazy convenient. So many eating choices right outside your front door and M&S, Boots, Waterstones all 3-5 mins away. Plus Guildford Castle and its garden is right there for walks at anytime.
If you’re driving, sometimes people park outside the gate blocking your way in spite of big signs saying “no parking”. They are usually nearby but it can be a hassle.
