Convenient location near the train station and shopping area. Modern and quiet.
Getting in was a bit of a treasure hunt involving working out which code was for which door, finding the right key safe etc. Inside, the kitchen floor, cutlery, cups and plates weren't as clean as I'd expect for the price I paid. There were no condiments for cooking, not even salt and pepper. The kitchen knives were somewhat blunt. Neither tissues nor handsoap were provided. (Toilet paper was sufficient, however.) The lack of proper curtains on the bedroom windows could be an issue for those who get woken up by dawn's light.
