Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 15 λεπτά το πολύ με τα πόδια από το Κολοσσαίο! Είχε φούρνο και καφετέριες διπλα όπως και άμεση πρόσβαση στο μετρό! Καθαρά δωμάτια και άνετα κρεβάτια! Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια εξαιρετική…Μας είχε στείλει σαφείς οδηγίες για να μπουμε στο διαμέρισμα και μου άρεσε που είχε καφέ και σνακ για πρωινό!! Επίσης μπορέσαμε να αφήσουμε για κάποιες ώρες τις αποσκευές μας αφού καναμε το checkout!

Λίγο στενοί οι χώροι για πρόσβαση στα δωμάτια και η περιοχή είχε αρκετούς άστεγους.

Super convenient location near the Coloseum. The neighbourhood is a mix of Italian and Asian influences , so your choice of eateries and bars was endless. Metro station is literally a 50 metre walk from the place, which made getting around extremely easy. The accommodation itself suited our needs and budget as a family with 2 teenage kids being where it was located, and having the kitchette was an added bonus. Size-wise, its a bit compact, but it did not detract from the functionality of the property. We were basically only there to sleep, shower and eat. All the rooms have air con and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was brilliant and hassle-free, and she also sent a list (and map) of all the best food spots around. All in all, a great little apartment to explore the best of the 'Eternal City'.

This place isn't for you if you are elderly or have mobility issues. The stairs to both bedrooms are narrow and very steep. The shower was a bit small for a big guy like me. Would have been nice to have a dryer. There was also a drainage problem which I hope they solved.

The location was excellent-just outside the Metro station and at a close distance to all major sites. A nice area with a lot of things to do. The host was very responsive, she even provided extra towels and and goodies for breaksfast and she gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area.

The bathroom needs serious renovation (see photos). There was a really bad smell apparently coming from the sewers, but thismad our saty very uncomfortable. The toilet dripped from above and the shower tiles were dirty. Although the rooms were clean, there was a separate set of steps for each room, which is not convenient when you are travelling with kids. The stairs were also very steep.
