Gianni.our host really made our stay very special. He was waiting at our planned arrival time. The appartment was in a very old building with a vintage elevator, which lead to the great accommodation. The bedroom was big enough with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was on the small size but more than adequate to make breakfast or a simple meal. The lounge/dining room was big enough to chill, eat and store our suitcases. The appartment air conditioning was very much appreciated and was so rewarding on entering after a full day out in the city. We also undertook a tour of Rome with our host who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It only cost 40 Euros each and went beyond the planned four hours. During the tour we stopped three times for coffee, lunch and afternoon drinks. Our Host did an outstanding job and we highly reconmended you bolt on this extra. Finally, we paid extra for the host to drop us at the airport. This was worth every penny and Gianni unsurprisingly made this final journey very enjoyable and informative.

家の中が広く、何でも揃っていた。毎日暑い中、クーラーがあって良かった。最寄り駅や主要な観光地やスーパーから近く、本当に便利だった。オーナーのジャンニさんは親切で、初日に丁寧に説明してくれた。

テルミニ駅から歩いてくるときに、治安の悪さを感じた。 シャワーの温度を調整するのが少し大変だった。

The host was there to greet us as was arranged prior to arriving. Gianni was very friendly and helpful. He had maps and books all over the apartment to help guide us to the important landmarks in Rome that were essential to see. The map had things circled and identified which really helped my husband and me choose the direction of our exploration each day. We stayed at the property the last five days of a 3.5 week trip so we had not over scheduled ourselves for this part of our adventure. Gianni’s advice came in handy each day. The property was spacious and had everything we could need. Gianni provided olive oil and seasonings for us to use to prepare some fresh vegetables. The apartment provided way more than a hotel would have provided…plenty of space, a full size refrigerator, etc. The apartment was located around the corner from a metro station that we used several times. There were many restaurants nearby that where local people patronized which was a welcome change from many of the restaurants in the more touristy areas. The apartment was located in a very quiet neighborhood so we slept well at night. It was centrally located to many of Rome’s landmarks…20 minute walk to the Colosseum, 30 minutes to Trevi Fountain just to name a few. The apartment was a good value and we would highly recommend it.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße fußläufig zwischen Bahnhof Termini und Kolosseum. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, auch ein Kaffeevollautomat mit gestellten Bohnen war zur kostenlosen Benutzung inklusive. Gianni war äußerst hilfsbereit und gab wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerten Restaurants und Frühstückscafes. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
