NOT WORTH THE RISK

NOT WORTH IT!!!!! The customer service was AWFUL. We were there in Lake Garda to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. We had an issue with their video to use the wrong key (the video showed using a yellow key in the door). There was another broken key on that key ring, obviously happened before. Long story short, we sat on the hard concrete waiting for 2 hours when they said they would be there in a few minutes. After 2 hours, I texted to check in and they said they still hadn't called for the door to be opened even though they told us they had 2 hours before! The next message on WhatsApp told us to go for a walk around the Lake and they would take care of it. We carried all our luggage back downstairs into the car and then walked to the beautiful lake to try and enjoy the day anyway, I got another message barely 15 minutes later saying we had to go back immediately! We walked all the way back, they still were not there for at least 45 min. When they did show up they did not even have a key to get in the front entrance door, SO WE WAITED AGAIN... They were rude and snarky in the messaging. Obviously the language barrier didn't help, but I definitely got their translation. When the door was finally fixed and opened they claimed we had damaged their property and sent us $100 bill... absolutely unprofessional and made our entire day miserable with all the waiting and blaming. It was hard to enjoy the remaining days. It made me as a mom furious that this happened for my daughter's 16th birthday getaway. It was the most expensive place we stayed on our whole trip and it was the most miserable. It is NOT WORTH dealing with this kind of treatment on a vacation! We have traveled a lot and used Booking.com for all our stays the several weeks in Italy. Every other place we stayed we gave EXCELENT reviews and enjoyed clear communication and professional treatment. We know how to be good and respectful guests. This still amps me up re-living this as I write.

Not clean. Views advertised extremely misleading. Cleaning products e tools left out. Extremely noisy area - traffic + council bins on + bar. Slow draining shower. Bathroom Ceiling Paint flaking. Shower full of mould. Under supplied soaps e shampoos. Cigarette smoke. Value for money. Slow response time by staff. Staff were intrusive after asking them not to contact me.

Great location in the city center with own parking spot

Looks little bit better in the pictures. Location is great. You have parking spot and walk distance to the old town. It is used apartment, nothing really new but it fits to its price. It has all you need. We missed some things to feel comfy, gave the feed back and owner bought everything needed the other day.

Pleasent stay and good location

Great location in the center of the town. The staff really nice and friendly provided us with great instructions. And the great deal to me that you have your own parking. الاسره متعبه وماتشهي وفوقها الغساله خربت ملابسنا. موقع المكان صدق بالسنتر حلو وجنب كلش

The parking closes with store beside.if after 10pm you can’t enter the apartment parking - we learned the hard way- so you have to go to nearest public parking. والموقف حقك اذا ماجيت قبل 10 ليل سكرت عليك

Очень понравилось расположение (идеальное) и наличие парковки. Квартирка милая. Холодильник, чайник, посуда и пр были.

Комната на втором этаже (с раздельными кроватями) - похожа на чердак, не уютная. Ванна комната не очень приятная. Нам самим нужно было самим выносить мусор после выселения. Были проблемы с замком входной двери. Квартира уже уставшая.

Appartamento molto bello, in centro

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, nel centro di Riva del Garda, completo di ogni attrezzatura (ferro e asse da stiro, phon, aspirapolvere, detersivi...). Si trova al 3° piano, con ascensore. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio privato sotto casa. Siamo stati molto bene. La persona di riferimento, Sig. Mario, davvero gentilissimo e super disponibile.
