The location of the property was wonderful, so peaceful but very close to Exeter and Tiverton where we were visiting family. The accommodation had everything we needed. We were a couple staying but it didn’t feel too big. Amazing outdoor space to have our family join us whilst there. Dean & Ria were fabulous hosts, even when we had an alarm sounding late one night!!

Great location, peaceful, outdoor space, kitchen you can actually cook on
Some might not like the very open plan nature of the property, nor the lack of curtains (it’s completely private though)
