Localização Muito boa, o hotel é bem conservado e limpo, funcionários bem educados e atenciosos. Sobre o quarto, é exatamente como nas fotos.

Lazer e Localização: O resort é pé na areia em Muro Alto, com uma área de lazer ampla e uma paisagem belíssima. • Espaço Interno: Banheiros grandes, limpos e bem estruturados. Quarto novo. • Comodidade: Estacionamento privativo eficiente.
Manutenção do Quarto: O ar-condicionado apresentou vazamento de água em cima da cama e a pia interna exalava um odor desagradável persistente. • Conforto Térmico e Visual: Os lençóis são desconfortáveis (material que pinica) e há uma luz de LED no quarto que fica piscando sem controle, o que atrapalha o descanso. • Experiência de Hóspede: A abordagem excessiva de corretores de cotas imobiliárias é constante e incomoda quem busca relaxar nas áreas comuns.
