Parking upon asking and cleanness of the apartment.

Kitchen cookware and utilities were not complete and could have had better pot and pans. Also no tray for drying salad. Bathroom ventilation so loud and noisy.

I like that there was a parking spot

It was ok, but I would have liked a cleaner Apartment. In the kitchen there were not any tissues to rinse hands and in the fridge were some leftovers from the previous tourists.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Marbella. The location is fantastic – very close to the sea, and there are several nice breakfast spots and restaurants right below the building. It’s also very close to Marbella’s old town, which is incredibly charming and beautiful. You can even walk to Puerto Banús (about 1.5 hours one way), which makes it a great base for exploring the area. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. It’s located on the 1st floor in a building with an elevator, and accessing the parking was easy and convenient. We highly recommend this place!

Excelente localização, a poucos metros da praia e muito perto do centro histórico. Apartamento confortável e moderno.

O anfitrião demorou a responder no chat quando questionado sobre o check-in online. Na véspera da viagem tive de ligar para o apoio ao cliente da Booking. A limpeza do espaço deixou um pouco a desejar...os cobertores da cama tinham manchas (sabe-se lá do quê). Ao abrir as torneiras sente-se um cheiro a esgoto no ar. Para sair do prédio pela porta principal apenas é possível com chave. O mesmo acontece para sair da garagem. Caso uma pessoa se distraia com as chaves, pode ficar trancada...
