Relaxing Sea View Pool I Immobilux

The best thing was the perfect view to the pool and the sea.

To be honest there is nothing to complain about.

Bella Italia with pool and sea! Everything you need you will find in walking distance. The area is much quieter than e.g. Lignano or Bibione, fewer people, mostly Italians, on the beach and in the streets, and fewer shops on the main street. All basics are available in the apartment, so you can enjoy your breakfast / etc. on the balcony and see your kids in the pool. Beach sun beds inlc. umbrella can be booked via the host. All our questions were answered by the host in a timely manner. We got all required information via WhatsApp (incl. pics and videos) upfront. It was easy to find the key, parking etc. www.caribebay.it/ is a must! :-)

Check-in at 4:00 PM is not family-friendly, when traveling for 7 hours. Using the pool after arrival wasn't possible for us, because we didn't have swimming caps. (I recommend to add this requirement to the apartment description). Some older people in the building weren't happy with the energy of the children who were on summer vacation. The apartment is not up to date, (e.g. no dishwasher) ;-)

Das Zimmer ist gut gelegen und das Organisatorische (Schlüsselübergabe, etc.) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch war eine Strandliege dabei.Insgesamt war alles ordentlich und bis auf eine Kammer alles sauber. Der Pool ist schön groß. Sehr dicht zu Geschäften und tollen Sandstrand.

Das Besteck in der Küche ist zu einfach und verbiegt leicht. Die Reinigungskammer ist nicht ordentlich oder sauber gewesen. Nicht wirklich schön ist die Badekappenpflicht im Pool und das keine Liegen (nur einige Holzbänke zum Sitzen) vorhanden sind.

Appartamento spazioso e con tutti i comfort all’interno di un residence con posto auto.Facile accesso al primo piano. Magnifica la terrazza affacciata sul mare. C’è anche una bellissima piscina che però a maggio era ancora chiusa. Zona molto silenziosa, abbiamo riposato benissimo. Ottimo appartamento per una vacanza in famiglia, comodo a tutti i servizi. Proprietario sempre molto disponibile
