About this house rental
VILLA ROMA is a beautiful country house from the early 1900s and recently renovated with 2000 square meters of garden available to guests.
Surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the river, the residence is located 2km from the beach and the wonderful pine forest where you can find fully equipped bathing establishments for any tourist need.
In the same property there is also the Romeo cottage which accommodates 2 people who also use the swimming pool and parking.
The host lives in an apartment next to the villa.
The surrounding area offers various leisure opportunities, including golf, sport fishing, both at sea and in the adjacent canal, tennis, boat trips in the lagoon and boat trips to Venice departing from the nearby hamlet of Cortellazzo. or from Punta Sabbioni.

ROOMS
On the first floor Villa Roma has 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (ideal for children), bright, spacious and welcoming, 4 with air conditioning and 3 with flat screen TV. 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The rustic-style furniture is accompanied by a tone of originality in every little detail, all in harmony for a holiday or a weekend of relaxation and tranquility.
SERVICES / FACILITIES
On the ground floor an internal living area where you can have breakfast, lunch and spend your free time, large kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machines. 1 Bathroom on the ground floor. Outside you will find a cozy porch and patio as well as a large garden for relaxing, having breakfast outdoors, an above-ground swimming pool with solarium and a parking lot where you can park your car, which is included in the price.
For guests who wish, some bicycles made available (limited number) can be used free of charge, with the payment of a deposit. The bike is by far the best way to facilitate travel and to better enjoy the landscapes and the surrounding environment. The B&B is included in the “Bonifica” cycling route in the municipality of Jesolo.
The price includes: sheets, towels, parking.
Children under the age of 3 stay for free if they sleep with their parents.
The addition of a cot costs 15 euros.
PETS ARE ALLOWED.

We had a great holiday at Villa Roma. 10 grownups and one child. It was perfect for everyone. The villa had enough space for all of us and the owners thought of lots of details: a big garden, pool, sunbeds, bbq, a big dining table outside in the schade and bicycles to lend. We totally recommend booking the villa roma and might even come back sometime

Das Haus ist sehr schön und steht auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und helfen immer gerne weiter.
Das große eingezäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We were two families vacationing for a week together. The house had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked for meals at home. The pool was big enough to cool off in. The garden was big and shady enough for the kids to play in. Grilling was fun. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The outdoor sitting area was charming. One note: you can’t sit outside together after 11pm, because of noise (the hosts live right next door). The beaches were easy to reach by car (or bike, if you’re brave). Over all, it was a fun and relaxing experience!
