El depto es muy espacioso, es mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos. El edificio es tipo ph, pero con todos los deptos bien separados. Esta buenisimo el jardin de la dueña, le agrega verde a la vista desde la puerta del depto. La dueña esta siempre a disposición de lo que sea que haga falta.
Ninguna critica, todo perfecto.

Todo muy cómodo y lindo por más que sea un monoambiente nos resultó súper práctico amplio, todas las comodidades, el aire andaba de lujo, buena tele, la heladera, la cocina, el baño todo de diez me encantó
La tele por ahy no se si el cable que se corta un segundo cada tanto como un corto eso el único detalle menos pero capas es la conección

Maria Julia es una excelente anfitriona, muy bien predispuesta y atenta, me permitió recoger las llaves fuera del horario pactado ya que llegué tarde a la ciudad. Ofrece estacionamiento gratis
La ducha tiene poca presión y el agua no salía tan caliente.
