The senora told me that the cleaning was done, but in this case I would strongly recommend to have a conversation with the cleaner, because this person does not do her job well. But this is not such a big problem. The real problem is that there are cockroaches in the apartment, and it's terrible. I killed two while we were living there. I think this is unacceptable.
