The location was great, the staff were lovely and helpful, and the apartment was nice and great for the needs. Bonus for the balcony.
The downside was the cleaning. Had to wash one of the beds cause it stunk. The floors haven't been cleaned either; my feet were getting dirty from walking barefoot in the apartment. I saw long wheelchair tracks on the floor, and I found someone else's receipt under the bed. When they came to clean the room after 3 days, they didn't put more toilet paper, I had to ask for some the day after when they came back.
