Spacious with very good disability access. Bathrooms and bedrooms are all smartly designed for use
Aircon had a bit issues. But the staff helped fixing very quickly

Staff, location and value for money.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Air conditioning did not seem to work. Despite setting the aircon to cool and 19 degrees, all three wall controllers kept defaulting back to fan only, like the system was locked to only operate on fan. We only discovered this at bed time. The room was 25.5 degrees all night, so was a warm and uncomfortable sleep.
