Clean and overall comfortable, great location. Well equipped in the kitchen. A good base in Falmouth town. Nice secure location.
No hanging space in single bedroom, very small bed In single bedroom for an adult third guest, no ventilation in single bedroom as no key provided for the external door, there is no window in that room, only the door, it got stuffy with no ventilation. Only one bath towel per person for 7 days was disappointing, only one hand towel 'between' 3 people for 7 days was very disappointing. No where to leave rubbish, no recycling bags provided so we couldn't put recycling out this week. We had to leave bagged up rubbish in the kitchen, which was very disappointing. I'd expect more from a property like this.

Location is fantastic for access to town and beach on a gated estate.
Stairs are quite steep Description says garden view, but up on first floor. Shower head not clean......so l cleaned it before I could use it. Decor and fittings a little dated, but functional enough. For guests with cats parking could be a problem.
