Excellent location in the centre of town. Some sea view and quick walk to the beach. Well provided with bathrooms if you had guests in every bedroom.

The crockery and glasses were rather basic. Sufficient in number for the two of us though, to run the dishwasher once for the whole day. Kitchen equipment would be a bit limiting for anything other than simple cooking.

Great location and the accomodation was very clean with a lot of facilities.

Beds weren't that comfortable and the upstairs shower is quite literally in a cupboard. Parking awkward but can't be helped due to location along with poor parking in general within Southwold. Slightly over priced in my opinion.

The lovely house situated in a street of 18th century buildings. Very close to the High Street.

We did miss a bigger freezer compartment in the fridge.

The location is excellent - it's very close to the cannons, the High Street, the beach and the common. The accommodation would have been great had it been clean and if mattresses and bedding had been better. Parking was fine, there was a parking place immediately outside. Great selection of Horrid Henry books which kept Cost Centre 1 thoroughly entertained and there were lots of puzzles though we didn't use any of them.

Very mucky; we ran most of the glassware, crockery, cutlery (plus the cutlery tray) through the dishwasher because they clearly had not been cleaned. Floors were dirty. Overall it felt grimy and as though it hadn't been cleaned properly for a good few months. Dustpan and brush provided had clearly seen far far better days. Mattresses very uncomfortable (as in very very firm - even bearing in mind we have medium-firm mattresses at home) and the duvets were lumpy. No washing machine - though to be fair, I didn't particularly check whether there was one on the listing, but just assumed there would be one. Showers are very small; one is (as another comment said) quite literally in a re-purposed cupboard. There's a bath with a shower head but no shower curtain.
