A beautiful three-storey mid-terraced house resting in the seaside town of Southwold, Albion House is a stylish abode for those looking to explore the seaside of Suffolk.

With easy access to local attractions and ample amenities, Albion House will cater for a family or group or adults. Settle down in the pretty sitting room, where a fireplace boasts a electric flame effect stove, and large windows allow in seas of light. When mealtimes call, you will simply love the kitchen/diner, with loads of amenities stashed neatly into contemporary furniture, a partial glass roof gives this space an airy atmosphere and a large dining table sits all guests to heart-warming meals can be enjoyed together, and from here you can access the courtyard garden through French windows, a table and chairs sit shrouded in shrubs, an ideal space for dining alfresco.

This beautiful property has three stunning bedrooms to match, so freshen up in the shower room before settling down for the night, and you will be spoilt for choice between a double with blue décor, a twin with red décor and a seaside theme, and a second-floor king-size with a balcony, accessible via French windows and with furniture so you can sit and watch the sun set beside the ocean with a glass of your favourite beverage.

The local area of Southwold is simply stunning, with independent shops and eateries in abundance, so why not spend a morning browsing local produce and enjoy a meal out? With a historic lighthouse and pier, Southwold is a great spot for sightseeing, and you mustn’t forget to take a stroll along the sandy Denes beach, feeling the sand beneath your feet as you try out your favourite watersports or simply enjoy the view with a picnic.

Town: Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
