The property is wonderful and I really enjoy the house and lakefront. Although there are a few snags to be fixed.
The trail down is a steep set of steps with some switchbacks. There’s lots of unusable junk under the deck that is obviously visible, like many broken oars. The dishes are a hodgepodge of whatever is left there. The grill is very dirty. We were there before the season officially started but there was a tree down along one of the walkways that needs to be cleaned up.

The large windows that looked out to the lake were lovely, looking across a narrow bay to mostly trees and a few extremely large houses. The furnishings were ok and functional.
The property is down an absurd amount of stairs .. perhaps five floors worth, badly constructed and uneven. At night, it's pitch black. If you aren't in shape, this will be a nightmare and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Kitchen had exactly zero cooking ingredients such as oils, tea, coffee, etc. While not required of a property, it's pretty normal to have a base for people .. especially when lugging down stairs.
