Great choice for a family, to explore the city.

Spacious, clean, central, fully equipped kitchen. Supermarket and bakery are next to the apartment, nice restaurants are around the corner.

The key code access for gate, building and apartment: it takes a few efforts before the door opens. The bathroom is spacious but the shower unfortunately is relatively cramped. There is quite a bit of street noise in the bedrooms, even with the windows closed. We could not get the central heating down, but did not ask staff for help either.

Decent value for Copenhagen but some caveats.

This is a nicely furnished apartment, conveniently located on a major street in Vesterbro. It was a good value for a family stay in Copenhagen. Beds were comfortable; everything was very clean and in order when we arrived.

When booked this apartment, I requested an early check-in; I never heard back from the managers, and when I wrote the day before our arrival to ask again, they told me it could no longer be arranged. That would have been OK, except that they also would not allow us to store our luggage at the apartment and told us to use LuggageHero, which was a disaster. Very expensive service with a poorly designed app, which ended up charging us over $150 due to lack of clarity about how to cancel out terminate a reservation. We also had a problem with the entrance gate to the building one night; we could not get in and only realized later that the managers had sent us instructions to use a lockbox with a chip instead. In general, I found the managers to be very polite, but not willing to do anything extra to be helpful. Also, the apartment is described as having four beds, which would have been OK for our family of five, but in fact, it has three (large) beds and a crib. No linens were provided for the sofa, which did not seem to open into a bed. Also, certain amenities were missing (e.g soap for handwashing dishes, a dish rack, a bathmat) but I have since learned that there are generally not provided in Scandinavia. The kitchen had only salt, pepper, and a small amount of oil so cooking requires buying anything else. The apartment has some safety issues: it has slippery floors/rugs and a a small step up into the WC, which is quite easy to trip over for guests who are unfamiliar with it or using it in the dark. Also note that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so not well suited for people who have trouble climbing stairs with luggage. It also faces the street so it is quite noisy in the morning due to garbage collection, construction, and city traffic.
