Appartamento silenzioso, molto luminoso ed ampio arredato in modo moderno e curato Cucina attrezzata (dispone anche di lavastoviglie ) e curata nei dettagli (bel servizio di piatti, tazze , e tantissime pentole) . Anche il bagno è davvero funzionale e molto ben curato ed attrezzato (Doccia ampia) Area condizionata super funzionante L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano e dispone di ascensore. Facilità di parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni Nei pressi dell'appartamento si trovano Bar/pasticceria, Supermarket . Spiaggia attrezzata raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min Il centro di Sanremo e la zona dell'Ariston sono facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti
