This property has a great potential in attracting local tourists seeking weekend getaway or staycation. The property has a wide parking area and beautiful plants and trees. The vibe is so relaxing, calm, and has a resemblance to villas in Indonesia. The limited number of villas gives feeling of exclusivity and privacy which is good for those who want to get rid of noise from the city. They also have nice staff like bellman or room attendant who normally assist guests during check-in and their food attendants. However, they should invest in giving training to front desk staff so the staff will be welcoming and will learn to smile. This is also an ideal place for guests with pets or fur parents who wants to spend time with their pet dogs or cats. They just charge P400 per pet. The room we got is a Deluxe room which is nice, clean and with good airconditioning unit. Interior design and color choices are complementing with each other and most of all, the room smells good. However for a room ranging around 5 thousand or almost 6 thousand, we are recommending you to check on the following: For deluxe room, there is no available bathgel and shampoo dispenser or even soap holder as well as tissue holder beside the toilet bowl. We brought our own soap and we placed it on the window. However, they also provided a dental kit and round bar soap which is essential for those traveling without toiletries. Placing trash can in the public area like, one outside each villa will be helpful to keep the surrounding clean. We also noticed that there is no available minibar ref, drinking glasses and dental glasses. Following the minimun standard for a deluxe room in the Philippine setting as per DOT standard for accommodation, it would be better to consider placing these things in your room. For the pool, we are impressed with the nice and clean swimming pool with flowing water. It seemed to be well maintained. However, adding a shower room near the pool area would promote hygiene and proper conditioning of body temperature prior to swimming specially because you are offering day tour. Those guests availing day tour package will find it hard to take a shower because it is not visible in the pool area. Outside area of each villa is very nice and relaxing because they placed a pair of coffee table, however, we cannot stay for too long because of mosquitoes which is expected in the area. Placing a wall fan outside each villa will be helpful to move away mosquitoes. For the food outlet, the restaurant looks good but needs to keep the area clean, well arranged, and with attending staff. Food price is fair and quality is fair to price paid. Serving size is fair to generous. However paying attention to quality of items and the flavor will greatly help increase repeat guests. We also noticed that the restaurant doesnt have local products that can be found in Batangas. Better include in the menu selections items like tapang taal, kapeng barako, danggit, tuyo, tinapa, local longanisa and other longanisa from south like Lucban longanisa which has a nice flavor than sweet longanisa. Adding continental and american set of breakfast set will be helpful whenever you have foreign guests. According to front desk staff, our booking doesnt include breakfast because we booked through Agoda. We recommend that during check-in you may ask your guest to choose the breakfast set they want to avail. So that it would be less hasle to the guest in the morning. We went to restaurant at 6:30 and it was closed. It opened at 7:00am and many items are not available. Asking guests during check -in can help you create a forecast and prepare the ingredients in advance wherein it can help reduce waiting time on the side of your guests and would improve guest's experience. Opening at 6:00am is much ideal so you can cater to guests who will leave early. Furthermore, investing to POS in your restaurant will help you monitor sales and provide convenience to guests.
