The location is incredible, overlooking the bay with a two minute walk from the flat door to the beach with direct access to the beach. The husband and wife from the agency who handled the key exchange were also both lovely and went out of their way to help us. The flat is comfy with good wifi and everything needed for a stay.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est absolument incroyable. Il domine la plage. Vue sur les cabanes tchanquées, sur l'ile aux oiseaux et sur le cap Ferret.

Beautiful location and view, with balcony overlooking and direct access to Pereire beach, which is soft, spacious and very quiet when we went in May. Friendly welcome from the agency.
While the kitchen is well equipped, it is small with hardly any work surfaces, so may not suit those who want to do more than the simplest cooking. Underground car park is hard to manoeuvre in and out of.

Emplacement et vue fantastiques directement sur le bassin. Le calme absolu.
Certains équipements de l'appartement sont un peu vieillisants (e.g: four des années 70), la cuisine est "micro", pas assez de prises électriques et mal placées. Accès parking très étroit.
