Reception at Interhome - efficient and quick and good liaison via email. House was very bright and good quality mattresses. Calmness of the place (until you have very noisy neighbors with kids shouting and parents constantly for our 2nd week - a shame as otherwise very peaceful). Good location.
House was very dirty (same as last year in a flat we rented via Interhome too where I also complained about the cleaning), a lot of things we did not use as far too dirty (oven, a lot of kitchen ustensils etc), hairs in bathroom, bins very disgusting (some we did not touch). Basically the cleaning is done to the strict minimum on the surface.
Staircase dangerous and not sturdy - lucky we were just 2 adults as not for children due to stairs.
