Clean tidy most things you need Bed a little soft but comfortable

The stairs up were steep, 1 teaspoon isn’t enough & could have done with a couple of glasses for cold drinks Would have been nice to have towels changed once ( we were there for a couple of weeks) we did try the washing machine it freshened them up but didn’t clean very well . Most annoying thing was we didn’t know how to enter the room luckily we were visiting my son who lives in Japan so he phone contact number for hotel & the lady who answered wasn’t the most helpful but did eventually managed to get black box number to retrieve key A message was left on my phone the day we left but I didn’t take my phone This information should have been given at least a day before we left to avoid this situation

Amazing place to stay in Tokyo! Extremely clean, cozy and well equipped. Great location, about 10 minutes from Tokyo Sky Tree. Literally everything you need. The host was very helpful and super quick to answer any of my questions.
