Splendid Apartment with a Terrace

Han dejado mando de acceso al parking pero no tiene parking. La persiana eléctrica de un dormitorio no funcionaba y teníamos que dormir con luz cuando amanecía.

O chão não estava nas melhores condições de limpeza

It was in an excellent location, with a lots of grocery stores nearby. Parking was very easy to find, and the apartment was very well furnished with lots of useful ameneties, would recommend.

The apartment was clean.

The problem we had was that I checked that there was air conditioning before reserving this accommodation, as I knew we were going during a small heat period. However, for 7 out of the 8 nights we were there the AC did not work at all, and actually heated rather than cooled, making it difficult to sleep. Also, when the technician finally repaired the system he left the front door open so that anyone could have entered while we were away. I was then sent petty pictures of a scratch and other minor items as a way to defend against any request for compensation. Not a great way to manage apartments.....
