There is a stair outside before the entrance. If you travel with luggage, that will be a hard work.

Location is great and the house is lovely. Service was awesome, too. We had an issue with one window that wouldn't close and they went to the house at 11pm to sort it out.

Reasons for not getting a 10: 1. One mattress (single) is partly sagging, so it wasn't a comfortable night. 2. House announces the fireplace as a special feature, however there is no wood provided. We would need to go to a market, buy it and carry to the house. Add to that that the house is extremely cold in winter, and it makes for an uncomfortable stay. They did provide a couple of small heaters, but both of them together wouldn't heat the living room/kitchen area (it was fine for the bedrooms). Extremely cold house + lack of heating = not good in winter. If host can't cover the costs for wood, suggest either they add more heaters. Tourists usually don't seek freezing homes for a lovely stay :-( 3. Alarm sounded, and the first response was "oh, you must have touched the alarm". We hadn't even stepped into the house when it sounded. This was the only awful experience with the service -- don't blame others before you even understand what happened. And fix that alarm... :-( 4. There's a leak in the social bathroom, which seems to be coming from the toilet. Ick! 5. The announce is for two full bathrooms (2 showers), but it's just one. Not a big deal, didn't impact our stay (or our rate), just a suggestion to fix the announce.
