Gospodarze są przemiłymi i uczynnymi osobami, chętnymi pomóc w każdej sytuacji. Duży plus za parking na posesji . Za domem prywatny pomost (mozliwość pływania kajakiem ) oraz miejsce na ognisko. Lokalizacja nieruchomości i widoki nieziemskie.
Mały minusik za brak zlewu w kuchni.
