Upper floor: 2 rooms 20 m2, each room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin, shower/WC, TV and video. 1 room 22 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, hand-basin, shower/WC, TV and DVD. 1 room 19 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, hand-basin, shower/WC and TV. 1 children's room 15 m2 with 1 bed (70 cm, length 170 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Top floor: 1 room 30 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, with corner bath, TV and DVD. Wood heating, oil heating, boiler (300 litres). Terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3), box-room. Beautiful view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Private mooring. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. In house can be max 12 adults, 4 children ans 4 babies. A multifunctional field with an area of 36 x 18m for playing basketball, volleyball, handball, also as a tennis court and a place for roller skating.
