The location, Maruyama section of Sapporo has a number of parks and has easy access to the highways. The complex is clean.
Quite a bit of long emails from the host and Booking.com. As we got closer to the date, there were 2-3 - I could have just used one email to tell me the the lobby door code and the lockbox, the address, written out in Japanese and in English, and the link to the powerpoint. I received so many, it was hard to keep track.

The property is lovely, so clean and warm during the winter. The host Sally was very welcoming for our family, including our baby, and we will look for availability here next time we visit Sapporo. Thank you so much!

One of the best place we stayed over while in Japan, the host provided great support and hospitality. The place was beautiful and clean with extra amenities. We loved our stay there.
