The room is clean for the stay.
A supermarket right in front of the apartment.
Price wise, it is good.
Quite far from the train station, bus stops, as well as the subway. With luggages and/or small kids, it is a bit demanding. We used the taxis many times. (Taxi cost from the apartment to train station is about 1000yen one direction).
The washing machine says that it can do drying, but it does dry well after 3 hours' program, even for very few clothes.
One frying pan's anti-stick coating is already quite broken and should be changed.
The washing products, including shampoo and the liquid dish cleaning products seemed to have a lot of water mixed with the products. Other similar products do not have this.

Surrounding of the apartment is quiet and there are convenience store and coin laundry available within walking distance.
