    It was a very bad experience in Bhubaneswar Plush hotel, whereas stay at Puri with same hotel chain was good. Hotel was under renovation and having multiple issues, same time materials are laying here & there. Issues like fan not running, geyser not working, cleaning was not there. Note: Staff behaviour is good.

    There was no water bottle in the room u have to buy out side of the hotel even the complementary water bottle was not there

    The facilities were extremely poor—honestly, I'd rate them 0/10. They demanded an extra ₹500 just for an early check-in, which felt unreasonable. The rooms and overall service were not up to the mark, and nothing about the stay was satisfactory. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.
