Amazing City View 2br apartment in Makati - 70sqm

It’s above the Jazz Mall so it makes it very easy be it shopping at SM Hypermarket or one of the various restaurants.

Bugs.. to be more specific roaches! Tiny, small and large! It’s a big issue here I won’t fault the unit owner as it affects all the towers.. but I was killing at least 1-3 the first 2 nights then about once a day. The worst was seeing a roach on the bed sheets which we had to strip the sheets and wash them! And another when I opened the freezer which fell on its back.. the top of the refrigerator should be cleaned more often! I stayed at the property for 3 weeks not only did I arrive the unit wasn’t cleaned but full of dust, I asked for the unit to be cleaned every Friday which only happened once and the next time I saw them again was when I was checking out. The areas only cleaned are areas only visible and not like under the bed and under the sofa which was FULL of dust! Speaking about the sofa.. I know it’s Ikea but that sofa has seen better days it’s almost has no cushion anymore but all springs! Also the drying rack for clothes is in dire need of replacement as it can snap at any moment! Also the washer in the bathroom seems nice but it floods the bathroom floor when it drains in which sometimes roaches will crawl on the washer as they get flooded out by the water.
